Graduate Certificate in Global Supply
Chain Management offered in Spring 2007
ANCHORAGE – A Graduate Certificate in Global
Supply Chain Management was approved at the
February, 2006 meeting of the University of Alaska
Board of Regents, announced Thomas R. Case,
dean of the University of Alaska Anchorage
College of Business and Public Policy (CBPP).
The new program will be delivered entirely
online.
The first classes began in the
spring 2007 semester. The graduate certificate
can be accomplished in 12 months, beginning
in the fall and concluding at the end of the
summer semester. The first group of students
is expected to receive certificates at the
end of the Summer 2007 semester.
The program is a collaboration between the
University of Alaska Anchorage and Boise
State University. One of the two partner
universities will deliver the online
classes. Each university is allocated 15
seats per course for a maximum enrollment of
30 students. All discussions, assignments,
and tests will be handled online.
Each student is required to complete 3 core
courses, one specialty course and a capstone
course for a total of 15 graduate credits.

undergraduate certificate to post-graduate

International - Association to Advance
