July 15: Deadline for receipt of Complete Pre-Application Forms in the
       UAA Student Information Office. Incomplete forms will not be considered
       for admission into the MS-GSCM Program. Successful applicants will
       receive a Letter of Eligibility and a UAA Application Form.

    August 1: Deadline for receipt of completed UAA Application Forms in
       the UAA Student Information Office. This deadline applies to those
       applicants who have been formally admitted into the MS-GSCM Program.

    August 15: Deadline for receipt in the UAA Student Information Office
       of Registration and Tuition Payment Arrangements for the first course in
       the MS-GSCM Program.

    September 12: MS-GSCM Student Welcome & Orientation Evening to
       be followed by the first course weekend (September 13-14, 2008).
