General Information


Program

The 2004 Logistics Executive Education Series will be held at the Anchorage Marriott Downtown Hotel.

The May 2004 Series is a six-day program which begins with a networking reception on Sunday. Daily sessions begin at 8 am and continue through late afternoon, with a closing luncheon on Friday.

 

Participant Profile

The 2004 Logistics Executive Program is appropriate for executives and practitioners curious about RFID and related technologies as well as those whose organizations have already begun to feel the impact of these technologies on the logistics system.

 

Accommodations

Participants will stay at the Anchorage Marriott Downtown Hotel. The hotel has various amenities including state-of-the-art meeting facilities and a fully equipped fitness center with a lap pool and whirlpool. Participants will be responsible for incidentals and any stay beyond the program’s timeframe. These charges must be paid by the participants directly to the hotel prior to checkout.

Transportation

Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the hotel. Taxis and rental cars are available at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport for your convenience.

 

Spouse or Guest Attendance

We encourage you to have your spouse/guest/family join you. Although they will not be able to attend the sessions, they can enjoy the many spectacular sites and activities Alaska has to offer. Participants will be responsible for the cost of all meals and incidentals incurred by their guest.

Early Registration Deadline:
March 12, 2004 
Extended April 2, 2004

A non-refundable deposit of $900 must accompany your registration form.  The total cost of the six-day program includes all sessions, meals, materials, site visits, and a networking reception.

 

Hotel accommodations will be paid for in full during the nights of May 16-20, for those participants who register by the Early Registration Deadline.

 

Full Payment Deadline:
April 9, 2004

 

Cancellations 

Written cancellations received 60 days before the program start date will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given after March 17, 2004.
