Please join us for an evening of networking with university faculty, special guest speakers and presenters of the program, and members of our logistics community.  This evening promises a unique Alaskan cultural experience you won't forget.

  • Native Alaskan Dance Performance

  • Tour of Village Sites

Visit the five re-created village sites: Athabascan, Yup'ik, Inupiaq, Aleut and Tlingit cultures encircling Lake Tiulana.

  • Hall of Culture

Meet with Alaskan artists and representatives from the various cultures. Through exhibits and featured activities you will leave with a strong sense of the continuing skills and traditions of the resilient people who have lived in Alaska for thousands of years. Seward Site Visit


6:45 am-10:45 pm

Experience spectacular scenery on a trip down the Turnagain Arm via the Alaska Railroad and motor coach transportation
systems.

Receive a "behind the scenes" VIP Tour of the Alaska Sea Life Center. Visit the rehabilitation areas of the center to investigate labs where scientists conduct research.

Travel along the marine highway for an exploration of Resurrection Bay's shipping sites, small boat harbors, fisheries, canneries and Alaskan wildlife.
