Application for Admission Deadlines

Summer semester:  May 1
Fall semester:  July 1
Spring semester:  November 1

Step by step instructions for the cohort starting in
August 25, 2008:

To apply for admission:

• Go to https://uaonline.alaska.edu 

• If you don’t already have a logon id and password, follow directions to create them.  Write them down, then log in.

• On the main menu, click “Student Services, Financial Aid, and Account Information.”

• On the next menu, click “Admissions.”

• Click “Choose a Campus” and then select “University of Alaska Anchorage.”

• On the next menu under “Application Type,” select “Non-Degree Seeking.” 

• After completing the application, repeat the above steps, except under “Application Type,” select “Graduate (Bachelors Required).” Click “Continue.”

• Select your admission term, Fall 2008.

• On the “Fill Out Application” menu, when you get to “Planned Course of Study,” go down the list until you find “Supply Chain Management Graduate Certificate”.

• Continue to follow the menu until you have completed your application.

• Be sure to pay the $45 application fee by credit card before exiting the website.  If the application fee is not paid, the application will not be downloaded into the Banner computer.

• After applying for admission, wait at least two days before registering.  An Enrollment Services employee reviews online applications before downloading them permanently.

After applying for admission online, students must provide transcripts from all institutions attended, a statement of job interest, a statement of job experience and TOEFL scores (see International) for those applicants whose native language is not English.

Transcripts (as well as TOEFL scores for international students) should be mailed directly from the issuing institution to:
