This program is offered jointly by the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) and Boise State University (BSU). Both universities are regionally accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges Commission on Colleges and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The partnership developed under the coordination of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), which seeks to expand course sharing and joint academic programs in the West.
