The project can be done either singly or in groups of two.

Grades will depend on the following:

The extent to which the project incorporates object-oriented programming
concepts. The projects can include advanced concepts that you have picked
up on your own (through reading ahead).

The extent to which the project illustrates an understanding of
object-oriented programming concepts.

The project's overall complexity.

A diskette or zip disk containing the project's code must be handed
in on the due date.

The project's code must include all appropriate comments.

The project's innovativeness (i.e., interesting application, interesting
GUI, or other interesting feature(s)).

How well the project works.

Each project will be presented in class (the last three sessions), for
about 8-10 minutes. So the project must work!

The project's documentation.

Hard copies of project documentation must be handed in along with the presentation.
The documentation should include information on:

What is the project about?
-
What does the application/applet do?
-
How should the applet or application be run? (provide detailed instructions)
-
Other pertinent details.
