Have worked as a consultant-trainer for several private and government organizations all over the world. Developed and assisted in the development of several businesses in Western Europe and Latin America

Areas of Expertise:
Research interests include cross-cultural issues, goal orientation, leadership and intrinsic motivation in an international context, and the implementation of managerial practices in developing economies Carlos has worked as a consultant for several organizations, including the US federal government and has started some small businesses.
